Welcome to Limitless Apparel. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with European Union consumer protection laws.

Limitless Apparel is an EU-based clothing brand offering made-to-order apparel through trusted print-on-demand (POD) partners. All products are custom-produced specifically for each order.

2. Products & Availability

All items displayed on our website are subject to availability. As our products are made-to-order, slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur due to the printing process.

3. Production & Shipping Times

Each order is produced individually through our print-on-demand partners, including Printful, PodPartner, and Tapstitch.

• Production Time: Up to 2 business days before shipping.

• Shipping Time: Begins only after production is completed and varies depending on the destination.

Please note that total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required under EU law. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

5. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Items produced on demand specifically for the customer

As all Limitless Apparel products are made-to-order, the right of withdrawal is typically not applicable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was received

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

8. Quality & Responsibility

We work with reputable POD partners to ensure high-quality production. However, Limitless Apparel is not liable for:

• Minor variations in print or fabric

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Limitless Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is used solely for order processing and customer service.
