Limitless Apparel – Refund Policy

At Limitless Apparel, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process in line with European Union consumer protection laws. As a made-to-order clothing brand working with print-on-demand (POD) partners (Printful, PodPartner, and Tapstitch), our refund process is slightly different from traditional retail.

1. General Refund Policy

All refund requests are handled in cooperation with our print-on-demand production partners. Because each product is custom-made after an order is placed, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility (30 Days)

Customers have the right to request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within the 30-day period

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Refundable Situations

In accordance with EU laws regarding custom-made goods, refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or print placement due to the production process

  • Pre-ordered items (these are reserved in advance and cannot be refunded once purchased)

As all Limitless Apparel products are made-to-order, the standard 14-day withdrawal right may not apply unless the product is faulty.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong product

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

Once verified, we will process your claim through our POD partners at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at shoplimitlessapparelbrand@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Follow the return instructions provided

Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our POD partner:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Limitless Apparel is not responsible for lost returns.

8. Compliance with EU Consumer Law

This refund policy is aligned with applicable EU consumer protection laws. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products through print-on-demand services, certain exemptions apply as permitted under EU regulations.
