Limitless Apparel – Shipping Policy

At Limitless Apparel, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent shipping process in accordance with European Union regulations. As a modern apparel brand, we operate using both print-on-demand (POD) production and limited pre-order releases.

1. Shipping Overview

We work with trusted print-on-demand partners, including Printful, PodPartner, and Tapstitch, to produce and ship the majority of our products. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique, made-to-order apparel.

In addition, we occasionally release limited pre-order collections, which are produced in restricted quantities and handled separately.

2. Production & Handling Time

All print-on-demand orders go through the following process:

  • Production Time: Up to 2 business days before shipping

  • Shipping Time: Begins after production is completed

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

Pre-order items may have longer preparation times, depending on the specific collection and demand. Estimated timelines will always be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping for Print-on-Demand Orders

Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and the fulfillment center used by our POD partners.

  • Orders may be shipped from different international locations

  • Delivery times differ based on destination country, customs processes, and local carriers

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

4. Pre-Order Shipping (Limited Stock)

Pre-order items are part of exclusive, limited stock releases:

  • Each pre-order collection is unique and produced in limited quantities

  • Availability may vary per release and will not always be restocked

All pre-order items are:

  • Shipped directly from the Netherlands

  • Processed separately from print-on-demand orders

If your order contains both POD items and pre-order items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

For EU customers, VAT is included where applicable. For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Limitless Apparel is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

7. Delays & External Factors

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions
